Shipping
Dispatch times
In-stock orders are dispatched from our US warehouses within 48 hours of the order being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. If an item is on backorder, we’ll confirm the expected dispatch date by email before the order ships.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on orders over $300. Orders under $300 are charged shipping at checkout based on weight and destination. Oversized or freight items (for example, laboratory equipment) may require a freight quote, which we’ll confirm before dispatch.
Delivery
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the carrier once the order has left our warehouse. Tracking details are provided by email when your order ships.
Returns & refunds
Return window
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email info@solxgenixsupply.com with your order number and the items you’d like to return, and we’ll provide return instructions.
Non-returnable items
For health and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened. This includes sterile items, personal protective equipment removed from sealed packaging, and any product where the seal or lot integrity has been broken. These items are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email info@solxgenixsupply.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo where relevant. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected. You’ll be notified by email when your refund has been processed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an order arrived damaged or incorrect.
